All proceeds from the Vendor area go to support Trails OV, a non-profit working to build a better community for Beatty NV through trails and bikes. Funds will go directly to master planning and construction on new trails in the area.
Base Fee -$125.00
Suggestion Donation: Donate additional funds based on your company size.
Small :$100, Medium: $250, Large $400, Corporate $1000
Each booth which includes a 10’ x 20’ space ( more space available if requested via email! ) Booth space will be assigned on first come, first served basis based on size. Electricity is available (please inform us in advance of this need).
Base fee includes on site camping if desired + Cowboy Breakfast & Post event dinner on Saturday for up to 2 people + 2 beers each.
Additional meals can be purchased direct from food vendors.
The Festival will distribute wristbands that will allow vendor staff to demo bikes.
Thursday, 9 am – 5 pm, for the Festival, Friday 9 am – noon
Festival, 9 am – 5 pm, Friday-Saturday, 9am-12noon Sunday. You may choose to stay open longer as there will be a party each night until 9 pm.

Space is limited to 50 exhibitors so please make your reservations early. Expo grounds are centrally located with refreshments, registration, and entertainment adjacent guaranteeing traffic throughout the festival. This is an opportunity to display your product, service, or event to enthusiast mountain bikers and racers.
Deadline is due by March 15th, 2018 to reserve your spot.
